RETURNS POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your Jumpack Ramp you may return the goods free of charge within 15 days of the original purchase date.

• Product must be returned unused in it’s original packaging.

• You will be credited for the purchase less outbound freight.

• Customers returning product not in the original condition may be subject to a re-stock fee of up to 25% of the total amount of the original purchase price.

• Pack product in suitable packaging to prevent damage during shipping.

• Ship the package using a traceable service (i.e. UPS, Fedex). Jumpack are not responsible for products lost or damaged in shipping.

• We will contact you when we have received your goods to let you know the status of your return.
